Gulab jamoon
Ingredients
Powder milk 1 cup
Semolina 2 tbsp
Clarified butter 1 tbsp
Baking Soda ¼ tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
For Sugar Syrup:
Water 2 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Cardamom powder ½
For Gulab Jamun:
Mix all together.
Make a smooth dough by rubbing it.
Make 12 balls out of it.
Deep fry on a very low flame till dark brown.
For Sugar Syrup:
Boil sugar, water, cardamoms powder, boil comes.
Add the fried gulab jamun in it.
Ready to serve,
